DELIVERY & RETURNS
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all sales in the UK Mainland using the Royal Mail First Class service. Please note this method of delivery is untracked and we cannot accept liability for missing parcels. To guarantee receipt, we recommend using Royal Mail Signed For (£3.50) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7) options which are both trackable. Please select your chosen option from the drop down box during checkout.
International customers; please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote.
DISPATCH SCHEDULE FOR 2019
Eid Mubarak Bunting and Hajj/Umrah Mubarak Kaaba frames are made to order items and will be dispatched 3-5 working days after an order is placed. All other items are available for immediate dispatch, usually within 1-2 working days.
Orders received during Ramadan 2019 will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays only. The last dispatch date before Eid will be Monday 3rd of June. For any orders in this dispatch, we recommend using Signed For or Special Delivery to guarantee receipt by Eid.
Returns happen and it's ok! We want satisfied customers, so please look over these instructions and then contact us.
We accept returned items in their original unopened packaging, in most cases within 28 days* of the shipping date.
Contact us giving your original order number and let us know which item you want a refund on.
Pop the item in the mail to us together with the order number. When we get it, we'll refund you the value of the item and let you know.
*Some items are seasonal and time bound. These will have a 'Last returns date' listed on the product page. After this date, we can't give refunds, even if it's within 28 days of the shipping date. In most cases, made to order items also can't be returned or cancelled once the order has been accepted. This will be called out in the Returns section of each listing.
We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for returned items that go missing in the post.
We cannot refund the returns postage.
If you believe the item was delivered damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped, we'll issue you a refund. Once shipped, we'll issue you the refund once we receive the item back in the original shipped condition.
