FREE on all orders over £15 in the UK Mainland by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Orders below £15 will be subject to a charge of £2.

Please note this method of delivery is untracked and we cannot accept liability for delayed or missing parcels.

Royal Mail Signed For – £3.75 per order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £7.50 per order.

Due to the uncertainty of shipping abroad, we will not be accepting International orders this year however we have worked hard to build a comprehensive stockist list who are able to serve a worldwide community. Click here to see a full list of Stockists and contact information.

Please note, ALL ORDERS will be dispatched according to the schedule below. To meet the dispatch cut off, please place your order by 10pm on the previous day. Our stock levels will be updated daily and all our items are usually held on our premises.

These dates are subject to change and may be adjusted to allow for circumstances. Once stock is sold, it will not be replaced and we will stop taking orders. Please shop early to avoid disappointment.

Due to uncertain times and delays being experienced at Royal Mail, we recommend you place your orders in plenty time so that you have your items before you need them. For up-to-date information, please read Royal Mail's official Coronavirus page here.

By placing an order you acknowledge and accept the risk of delayed deliveries and will allow (in extreme cases) upto 15 working days for your order to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: All enquiries about orders must be emailed to hi@livelovegift.com or submitted using the form on the Contact page. Please include your full name and order number to help us respond efficiently. We cannot respond to order enquiries via Instagram DMs. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.

Returns happen and it's ok! We want satisfied customers, so please look over these instructions and then contact us

  1. We accept returned items in their original, unopened packaging, in most cases within 28 days* of the shipping date.

  2. Contact us giving your original order number and let us know which item you want a refund on. 

  3. Pop the item in the mail to us together with the order number. When we get it, we'll refund you and let you know.

Please note:

 

  • *Some items are seasonal and time bound. These will have a 'last returns date' listed on the product page. After this date, we can't give refunds, even if it's within 28 days of the shipping date. In most cases, made to order items also can't be returned or cancelled once the order has been accepted. This will be called out in the Returns section of each listing.

  • We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For as we cannot accept liability for returned items that go missing in the post.

  • We cannot refund the returns postage. If your order qualified for free delivery, a flat fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you believe the item was delivered damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped, we'll issue you a refund. Once shipped, we'll issue you the refund once we receive the item back in the original shipped condition.

  • Your refund will be processed only once we have received the items and have approved their condition.
