DISPATCH SCHEDULE FOR 2020
Our stock levels are updated daily and all our items are held on our premises. If an item is listed as out of stock, it will not be restocked for this Ramadan or Eid. We will dispatch orders following the schedule below; to meet the dispatch, please place your order by 4pm on the previous day.

The last dispatch date before Eid ul Fitr will be Thursday 14th May. For any orders in this dispatch, we recommend using Signed For or Special Delivery to guarantee timely receipt.
As of 16th April 2020, we have unfortunately decided to close International orders. The situation around Covid-19 is changing rapidly and we cannot take responsibilty for the likely delays.
Due to uncertain times and delays being experienced at Royal Mail, we recommend you place your orders in plenty time so that you have your items before you need them. For up-to-date information, please read Royal Mail's official Coronavirus page here.
By placing an order you acknowledge and accept the risk of delayed deliveries and will allow (in extreme cases) upto 15 working days for your order to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: As a precautionary measure, all our packages will be wrapped in a grey plastic mail bag. Please remove this outer bag and dispose of it carefully before handling your items. The inner packaging will be a combination of paper envelopes and/or compostable cellobags. Please help us look after our planet and recycle these wherever you can.
All enquiries about orders must be emailed to or submitted using the form on the Contact page. Please include your full name and order number to help us respond efficiently. We cannot respond to DMs on Instagram any longer. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.
Returns happen and it's ok! We want satisfied customers, so please look over these instructions and then contact us.
We accept returned items in their original, unopened packaging, in most cases within 28 days* of the shipping date.
Contact us giving your original order number and let us know which item you want a refund on.
Pop the item in the mail to us together with the order number. When we get it, we'll refund you the value of the item and let you know.
*Some items are seasonal and time bound. These will have a 'Last returns date' listed on the product page. After this date, we can't give refunds, even if it's within 28 days of the shipping date. In most cases, made to order items also can't be returned or cancelled once the order has been accepted. This will be called out in the Returns section of each listing.
We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For as we cannot accept liability for returned items that go missing in the post.
We cannot refund the returns postage.
If you believe the item was delivered damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped, we'll issue you a refund. Once shipped, we'll issue you the refund once we receive the item back in the original shipped condition.
